Allie grew up in Apple Valley with her parents and three siblings. After graduating high school, she went off to college at Saint Cloud State University and then, transferred and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Throughout high school and college, Allie worked in restaurants, where she adapted to the fast-paced customer service environment. Shortly after graduating from college, she got her real estate license and KNEW that being a Realtor was what she was meant to do! Growing up, she had always loved anything that had to do with homes. Allie lives in Rosemount with her 3-year-old daughter, Rylynn, and her boyfriend, Jon. Allie has a true passion for real estate and helping her clients find their DREAM home.
Anna grew up in a tight knit family with my 5 siblings in a small lake town west of the twin cities. Strong family values, loyalty and work ethic were engrained in her throughout her childhood. Her parents’ adventurous spirits were passed down to her and her siblings sending her family on many road trips across the country and opportunities to travel the world on mission trips. Anna is married to her husband Chase and they are raising their three precious girls Grace, Maggie and Isla along with their goofy bernedoodle Louie in Maple Grove.
Dylan was a standout in college on the St. Thomas baseball team and has taken his passion to dominate to the field of real estate! He has excelled in a number of different areas with regard to customer service and is an excellent communicator. Dylan strives to build deep relationships with his clients and is committed to putting their success before his own.
Jessica was born and raised in the suburbs of the Twin Cities. Although a true Minnesotan at heart, she does love the Wisconsin Badgers (sorry Gopher fans!), from attending the University of Wisconsin- Madison where she earned her Marketing Degree. After college, Jessica spent the next 18 years in corporate business, including executive level roles. Her strong business background and focus on the customer is a great foundation for the real estate business. She enjoys the added creativity her second career in real estate provides. Jessica believes that the combination of hard work, passion, and kindness drives success. When not focused on providing great service and results for her clients, you can find her volunteering with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and spending time with her husband and 3 children.
Kathryn was born and raised in Charleston, SC, attended college in GA and graduated with a Bachelors in Marketing from Kennesaw State University. She and her husband moved to Minnesota in 2018 and fell in love with the people and the community. She has bought and sold 4 homes in 3 states in 6 years and is proud to settle in and call MN home. With 14 years of sales and marketing experience in the corporate world she is excited to put her corporate hospitality experience mind set into the world of real estate. You can find Kathryn and her family vacationing at Disney World or at the beach every year. She loves traveling and visiting extended family any holiday she can. Most weekends you’ll find her at her girls’ soccer, dance or hockey games.
Kaylee was born and raised in Brooklyn Park, MN with one older brother. She was recently married, and lives in Maple Grove with her husband, Jesse and their lazy cat, Tux. In her spare time, Kaylee enjoys cooking/ baking, exploring new places and trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Linnea Anderson is a Minnesota native; born, raised and educated in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. Linnea is not only an urbanite, but an outdoor enthusiast as well enjoying; hiking, skiing, boating, motorcycling and snowmobiling. In her free time, you can find her exploring one of our 10,000 lakes, walking her Savanah cat Thor or taking advantage of the great rooftop patios downtown living has to offer. After pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Nursing/Chemistry at the University of Minnesota, Linnea decided to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Accounting at Metropolitan State University. Realizing that her entrepreneurial spirit would ultimately rein, Linnea knew that accounting fundamentals were paramount in business and graduated in 2012. Before joining the Kerby & Cristina family, Linnea spent time in accounting, banking and sales industries fine tuning her relationship building and customer service skills. Linnea cares deeply about the families she serves. She takes the extra time needed to uncover and listen to her client’s needs ensuring they find the perfect place to call home.
Sarah grew up in Fort Dodge, Iowa and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business at Iowa State University. After college, she moved to Minnesota and worked in sales and marketing for 16 years. She has spent the past 10 years fulfilling her passion for staging homes. She currently lives in Plymouth, Minnesota with her 2 teenage sons.
Shilo grew up in St Francis Minnesota and married her high school sweetheart soon after graduation. While working in retail management, her job moved them across the country and back while having and raising three children. Her passion has always been found in architectural design, home renovating, and building. Once her youngest child reached his teenage years she decided to pursue that passion and obtained her real estate license.
